Unless we know the place of birth, we can not erect the chart eaxactly. If places vary, house cusp longitude varies. For instance, we consider D-7 for progeny, a minute division.

My inference is correct. But I forgot to note that Mars is in the third house. It rules the V and the XII but occupation is stronger, especially when a node is there in association. III rules hands and fingers.
