I was on a positive, resilient streak and the last days have been trying. There is a lot going on with family and work and day to day things, but was handling better... now feel off balance and had panic attack again after going awhile without. Think let things get to me and working on taking better...

Anyone else used/listened to something with binaural beats while meditating?  Curious what you thought?

I cam across a tape I had of it, one side guided, the other just sounds and beats. I enjoy it, but only been back at it a few times so far.
