I use one card when I want a direct, firm answer to a question.  I usually use this for myself although I have done it for others i.e. "What is the first thing I need to do?" or "What is most important for me to work on now?" etc.  It works and gives me a real focus and the edge to move on...

Don't know why it is not considered, but I see numbers in everything so there is no reason why the significance of your birth time numerals could not be important.  My time of birth was 11 p.m.  That is my Soul Number (vowels in full name).
