Even if it helps with depression or not, excerise is a must for everyone. Set aside 10 to 15 minutes, 3 to 4 days a week even if it is only moderate exerise.  You will feel a world of difference.

I was around 4 years old and remember my Grandmother knocking on all the windows of the house trying to get someone to let her in.
